A major Thailand refit in 2021 was followed by further improvements, including refreshed saloon upholstery in 2024 and a new outboard in 2026.

Detailed inventory & upgrades
Nahoa is a privately owned, Canadian-flagged 2005 Lagoon 410 S2, hull number 230, currently in Fiji. Her owner’s-version layout includes three double cabins, a dedicated owner’s hull, two heads and shower facilities, a galley up and an open saloon connected to the aft cockpit.
Accommodation & interior
Three-cabin owner’s layout, with the owner’s berth aft to starboard and two guest cabins in the port hull.

Four 450W LONGi rigid panels on the stern arch: 1,800W total. Their elevated position is rarely shaded.
Five 170W SunPowered Yachts flexible panels on the hardtop: 850W total.

A substantial refit covered the hull, deck, rigging, onboard systems and accommodation:
Barrier coat and bottom paint; all through-hulls replaced; topsides polished.
Escape hatches replaced and saloon windows re-seated.
Standing rigging replaced, with sail, furling, bowsprit and running-rigging upgrades.
Professional installation of the 1,200 Ah lithium bank, Victron solar controllers and 3 kW inverter/charger.
New Solar panels flexible and glass.
New Echotec watermaker and new air-cooled fridge compressor and plate.
Engine top-end work, lower saildrive shaft machining and replacement hour meters.
New mattresses, cockpit cushions, helm seat, shade curtains, cockpit rain enclosure, trampoline.
New shower grate and hot-water tank.

2025: Code Zero and dual Orca navigation displays added. Saildrive inner and outer diaphragms replaced. Replaced raw water intake shutoffs at saildrives with trudesign. New anchor bridle.
2026: Yamaha Enduro 25 hp outboard purchased. New starter batteries
